Our free shipping offer is only applicable to UK mainland addresses.

At Fayesia we are committed to protecting your rights and your data.

We use information about you to fulfil any orders you place with us, update you on the progress of your orders and assist with any future customer service queries. This data is kept on a secure server. We never pass on, sell or swap your information with any other company for their own marketing purposes.

When you place an order or access your account information, it’s done using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method; your details are encrypted before the information goes from your computer to ours.

Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.

Your use of our website is subject primarily to English law and, where legally effective over and above those laws, to all applicable local consumer protection laws.

We may not be able to complete your order due to one of the following reasons:

– authorisation of your payment failed
– we made a pricing or product description error
– you’re not eligible to order from Fayesia

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.

If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, it is not a problem. Normally your rights mean you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order, and you would have a further 14 days to return the order. Please make sure you have your receipt or emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Please note, orders are normally processed immediately after they’ve been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case, then we can’t always stop the order from being delivered.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

We enjoy hearing from you and welcome your comments about our products and services. However, if you send us a business idea or suggestion – for example, about how to improve or expand our products and services – you agree that we will be completely free to implement, use or modify, in any way, your idea or suggestion (or any part of it), without any payment or other obligation to you. Nonetheless, if your suggestion is especially valuable to us, we may offer a gift as a gesture of our gratitude, as we are committed to excellent service and to making the best products and services available to our customers and we can only do that with your help and feedback.

Fayesia reserves the right to change these terms without notice but, if you place an order at a particular time, the terms prevailing at that time will continue to apply to that order. If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Fayesia reserves the right to make changes to our site, disclaimers, and policies at any time.
